Meghan helps to make things easier for clients that are going through tough times. Whether it’s a divorce, a marital dispute, a real estate transaction or a case that must go to court, she is at their side through the entire process. “I knew from an early age that I wanted to help people and when I was in college, I realized that pursuing a legal career was a way that I could make that happen.” Meghan joined Stenger, Diamond & Glass, LLP (SDG Law) in 2018 where she practices Family Law, Real Estate and Litigation.
Prior to joining SDG Law, Meghan ran her own general law practice in Poughkeepsie. For five years she practiced, family law, divorce, general litigation and real estate transactions–she was not afraid of the challenges that came with owning her own practice early-on in her career. Before owning her practice, Meghan worked as an associate at Ostertag, O’Leary, Barrett & Faulkner.
A native to the area, Meghan comes from a family that has owned many small businesses throughout the Hudson Valley; she currently resides in her hometown with her husband and two young daughters.
Meghan obtained her B.A. from the University of Vermont and earned her J.D. at Vermont Law School. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and managing her business interests, which include owning several rental properties and rehabbing houses with her husband.
SDG Law handles all family law matters including, divorce, child support/custody and visitation rights, to alimony, property division and prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
